FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing a stimulator which increases germination power and rate of cereal seeds. The disclosed method involves reaction of 2,2-dichlorocyclopropylmethanol with phosphorus trichloride in molar ratio 3:1, mixing for 30 minutes at temperature 0°C, and subsequently holding in a vacuum for 3 hours, distillation and dissolving the obtained bis(2,2-dichoro-cyclopropylmethyl)phosphite in distilled water until obtaining a 0.01% aqueous solution of bis(2,2-dichloro-cyclopropylmethyl)phosphite.
EFFECT: novel method which enables to obtain a stimulator which increases germination power and capacity of seeds and accelerates the beginning of ripening of cereal crops.
