FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: adhesive composition contains butadiene-nitrile rubber, a phenol-formaldehyde oligomer, chlorinated polydiene, sulphur, hexaresorcinol resin and an organic solvent. The phenol-formaldehyde oligomer is novolac or resorcinol resins or mixtures thereof. The chlorinated polydiene is chlorinated 3,4-polyisoprene, or chlorinated polybutadiene, or mixtures thereof, and the organic solvent is ethyl acetate or methylethyl ketone, or mixture thereof, toluene, or mixture thereof with acetone.
EFFECT: use of the adhesive composition to glue rubber enables to obtain strong metal-elastomer joints, which improves the quality and prolongs the life of industrial rubber articles, and increases reliability of the articles.
