FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves installation of packer with bypass device and bore-hole pump on the tubing, cleaning of the shaft from well liquid, setting of bypass device from CLOSED position to OPEN position and bypassing through it via the tubing of annular gas from under-packer space to tubular cavity together with formation fluid, and selection of free-flow operating mode for the well. Prior to lowering of packer and bypass device, the drilling mud is flushed out of the well. Cleaning of under-packer space of well from the well liquid is performed by pumping of gaseous nitrogen from the surface to the working face to under-packer space. Then, liquid nitrogen is pumped to the working face, and bypass device is changed from OPEN position to CLOSED position until the pressure in the well shaft is equal to formation pressure. After that, packer is opened and well is operated by means of free-flow or mechanised method.
EFFECT: increasing the well development and operation efficiency.
