FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: bearing support of screw pump includes housing 1, shaft of screw pump, which is adjacent to bearing shaft 2, and bearings 4 with support elements. The latter are made in the form of plastically deformed annular gaskets 7, the plastic deformation of which is created with axial force after assembly, which is equal at least to operating load. Shaft of screw pump is equipped on its ends with crosswise lying slots relative to its axis.
EFFECT: providing uniform distribution of axial load between bearings and reducing radial load from shaft of screw pump.
