FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in supports of shafts of various machines, in particular in woodworking machines and equipment, textile machines, etc. Sliding bearing consists of two interconnected bushings – external (2) made of high-strength material and inner (1), made of antifriction material, between which closed space is located, where spring (3) and low-melting material (4) are located. Spring (3) is stretched and arranged in screw groove made on outer surface of inner bushing (1), and remaining free volume of groove is filled with low-melting material (4) by 90–95 %. Inner surface of outer bushing (2) and outer surface of inner bushing (1) are made conical, having the same taper, at that connection of inner and outer bushing (1, 2) is performed by means of stage-by-stage pressing. Modulus of elasticity of material of external bushing (2) is set equal to not less than 1.5–2 times the value of modulus of elasticity of material of inner bushing (1). Degree of expansion of spring (3) arranged in screw groove makes 20–35 % of its nominal length. Regular relief is created on working surface of inner bushing (1) of sliding bearing by method of surface plastic deformation, having increased antifriction and damping characteristics.
EFFECT: increased serviceability, durability and heat resistance of the proposed sliding bearing.
