FIELD: motors and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of aircraft engine building, namely to the injection pumps of the turbojet oil system. Displacement pump (DP) is interlocked with the evacuation pump in the casing of the oil unit. Purified oil is fed into the gear-centrifugal working member of the DP. Working member of the DP contains two impellers placed on two parallel shafts. Each impeller has a pinion with a gear ring and a topping impeller. One shaft is connected to the drive, which delivers the torque from the starter and/or the shaft of the HPH, and is equipped with a driven impeller freely mounted on the shaft. Second shaft receives the torque from the first shaft through the gear wheel of the evacuation pump impellers. Working member of the DP works with a centrifugal supply of oil with a topping impeller to the gear rings of the gears and a volume displacement of the pumped medium from the intergear depressions of the interacting gear rings of the gear wheels of the impellers. Displacement of the pumped medium from each of the interacting gears interdental cavity in the corresponding pump is performed in the gear rims rotation angular sector, determined by half the angle formed by gears radii from the relative cylindrical surfaces intersection point describing the gear rims teeth vertices, up to the output point of intersection of the conditional cylindrical surfaces in the direction of rotation of the gears, which constitutes the angular sector βd.p.d.= (0.416÷0.485) [rad]. Angular sector of the subsequent vacuum βv.p.v. in the depression freed from the pumped medium is equal to the displacement angle βv.p.v.d.p.d.

EFFECT: technical result achieved by a group of inventions consists in increasing the efficiency, life and reliability of the oil unit displacement pump.
