FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: method of measuring temperature of inner surface S of tube T. In compliance with proposed method, heat-sensitive element(s) 8 of probe So is moved radially from axis XX' for it(them) to get in contact with tube inner surface S. Contact force applied between probe sensitive element 8 and inner surface is increased to reach definite magnitude at any point of said surface. Proposed device comprises probe with heat-sensitive element, means to move the latter radially from axis XX', and means to apply forced to heat-sensitive element free end.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of data.
