FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: electric drive comprises a working tool (1), a striker (2), a magnetic conductor (3) of an operating motion coil (4), a magnetic conductor (5) of a reverse motion coil (6) and a buffer (7). The working cycle of an electric drive of reciprocal motion consists in feeding first two half-waves of supply voltage to the reverse motion coil, the third pulse is sent to the operating motion coil. The reverse motion is carried out under impact of the first half-wave, and the operating motion is carried out under action of two other voltage half-waves. The next working cycle is repeated without omissions of supply voltage half-waves. Therefore impact power increase is achieved due to increased frequency of striker strokes, related to absence of a pause in a working cycle, with preservation of single impact energy.
EFFECT: increased impact power of electromagnetic motors.
