FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to electromagnetic percussion machines with reciprocating movement of working members. Electromagnetic engine of reciprocating motion comprises non-magnetic housing with magnetic conductor with coils of forward and reverse stroke arranged inside it, striker arranged inside guide of bushing with possibility of interaction with spring-loaded buffer and with shank of working tool, made in form of hollow cylinder, inside of which there is a damping core spring-loaded towards the striker, which is movably connected to the shank of the working tool. Distance between the end face surfaces of the damping core and the shank of the working tool facing the striker is equal to the amplitude of the working stroke of the latter. Device for fastening the shank of the working tool is made of two parts conjugated along the diameter in the form of a hollow cylinder and a flange connected to it by means of a threaded joint, which interacts through a resilient element with a spring-loaded damping core.
EFFECT: high efficiency of the electromagnetic motor and high reliability thereof.
