SUBSTANCE: in the proposed method a step improvement of initial network topology by removal and addition of ribs, in the routing graph, so that out-degrees of units remain unchanged, and the number of reserve ribs and length accordingly reduce.
EFFECT: reduced equipment complexity and reduction of costs for its implementation with compliance with conditions of unblocked routing.
