SUBSTANCE: methodologies are described to request information on sessions of location detection in an architecture of user plane location detection. In an aspect a server of location detection may send a message of a request into a terminal for requesting information on active sessions of location detection, for instance, when at least one session of location detection for a periodically initiated service or a service initiated by a zone event is active. The terminal may return a response message containing a list of identifiers (ID) of sessions for active sessions of location detection, parameters for active sessions of location detection, terminal capabilities, etc. The server of location detection may compare information received from the terminal, and information saved in the location detection server. The server of location detection may complete each session of location detection, which is assumed to be active only in the terminal or only in the server of location detection. The server of location detection may repeatedly start or complete each session of location detection, which has incompatible parameters in a terminal and a server of location detection.
EFFECT: improved quality of a location detection service.
