SUBSTANCE: data of adjacent cells determination is received from an access terminal, besides, data of adjacent cells determination identifies adjacent cells determined with an access terminal. Then a report of adjacent devices list is sent to an operation and maintenance system (OAM), besides, the report of the list of neighboring devices includes a summary of updates made for the list of adjacent devices. Afterwards control data of adjacent cells are received from an OAM system, besides, control data of adjacent cells include data that support performance of at least one ANR function. And finally update of the list of adjacent devices is automated depending on control data of adjacent cells and data of adjacent cells detection.

EFFECT: automatic update of a list of adjacent devices, so that human effect could be reduced, and network capacity could be increased.
