FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a food product granulated component applicable, in particular, as an admixture to a milk product. The food product granulated component includes a filler and a coating. The filler is a food semi-product piece representing a fluid at room temperature and chosen from the group consisting of fruit semi-product pieces, other semi-product pieces chosen from the group consisting of semi-product pieces of honey, nuts, cocoa, defatted cocoa, chocolate, coffee, vanilla and their mixtures. The coating contains a layer consisting of a component chosen from the group consisting of food cocoa and chocolate products as well as food additives with hydrophobic effect, in particular, in case of necessity, flavoured and/or coloured food fats or fat-containing substances with fat content equal to 80 % or more or their mixtures. The mean diameter of the food product component granules is equal to 6-18 mm, preferably, 8-11 mm. The food product component is essentially in a sterile form.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a product attractive in terms of taste and sensation.
