FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food equipment and may be used for preparation of food foamy masses, such as milk shakes, vegetable-based cocktails as well as mousses, whipped cream and other products with variable gas content. The device contains a gas source communicating with a sealing hood with a contact pad conjugated with the upper edge of the vessel containing liquid to be whipped. The device includes a mixer the shaft whereof is passed through the sealing hood axial hole, is equipped with whipping elements and is positioned inside the said vessel. The device is additionally equipped with a mechanism for the vessel clamping. The whipping tools are represented by discs positioned on the mixer shaft so that to enable adjustment of the distance between them and to ensure their mutual hydrodynamic interaction; through holes may be arranged in the discs so that to enable delivery of the gas component accumulated under the hood to the lower strata of the mass being whipped.
EFFECT: invention enables to ensure the device design simplification.
