FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: vessel is made in the form of drinking water vessel with through opening in its bottom central part for communicating vessel with foaming device. Partition wall for closing through opening is mounted for longitudinal displacement, when vessel is communicated with foaming device. Partition wall is formed such that when it is separated from vessel bottom, foam channels are defined. Channels may be defined by notches arranged along perimeter of partition wall, or by gaps between partition walls and vessel side walls. Partition wall motion restrictors are mounted in gaps. Such construction provides intensified foam dispensing process, with quality of product being kept due to supplying foam directly into vessel through bottom opening without employment of pipes.
