SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and may be used for storage and delivery of nutrient compositions. A combined system for storage and delivery of nutrient compositions comprises a container forming a chamber, a neck and a permeable bridge, as well as a piercing device attached to the container and comprising a cap being in contact with the container neck, and a piercing instrument. The piercing instrument comprises a projecting portion having a far end limiting a hole and movable between a first portion wherein said far end is found from the permeable bridge opposite to the chamber, and a second position wherein said far end is found from the same side of the bridge as the chamber. The system is provided is a spring provided compressed and interacting with the piercing instrument thereby having an effect on its projection portion towards its second position. Also, the group of inventions refers to the use of said system for non-oral delivery of nutrient compositions into a patient, a kit for storage and delivery of nutrient compositions and a method for reducing a probability of enteral nutrition formulation contamination by providing the user with said formulation in a pre-filled container of said system.
