SUBSTANCE: described device is an overcap comprising: a) a base having a cavity inside and b) a tab in the inner cavity of the base and comprising, perforation and cutting elements at one of the ends, an inner cavity and attached to the base by two ends of the elements that form an axis for rotation of said tab. Once the overcap is coupled to the container, the laminated packaging surface to be perforated and removed/separated by rotating the tab and creating an opening in the material for exit of the contents. Tab completes the rotation when its end, opposite to the end comprising the perforation and cutting elements, reaches the base of the cap and forms a mouthpiece that simplifies direct and hygienic consumption of the contents of the container, sealed with a laminated material, ensuring that the container or its cap does not contact the user's mouth, and also prevents leakage and splashing of the contents.
