Closure device (1) is characterized by that it comprises inner rim (5) with head (51) provided with central hole (52) and cup (53) and ending with lower edge (54), on which fixation device (55) is provided for permanent snapping on neck (21) of bottle (2). Besides, outer nozzle (6) is latched under lower edge (54) of inner rim (5) by means of coupling device (615).
EFFECT: providing authenticity of package and its tightness even in case of attempt to open.
