SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports accessories and can be used in constructions of rackets for table tennis. The racket comprises a base, a handle, an elastic lining connected to the outer surface of the base. The ledges on the elastic lining are evenly distributed. The ledges are made T-shaped in the form of a leg and a head combined with the leg. The legs are connected to the elastic lining. The heads of T-shaped adjacent ledges are conjugated in contact.
EFFECT: device enables to improve dampening properties, to increase the speed of the ball, to improve its twisting.
