FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly, to compositions of mixes with liquid glass binder hardened by drying. Proposed composition contains the following substances, in wt %: fire-clay 3-4, liquid glass 6-7, carbon-bearing additive composed of press vegetable mustard oil residue 1-2, silica-based fire-proof filling agent making the rest. Said press vegetable mustard oil residue may be used diluted to the following ratio, wt %: press vegetable mustard oil residue - 40, water - 60.
EFFECT: better extraction of casting from mould.
