SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for storage large amounts of water. Invention aims at continuous decontamination of drinking water in long-term storage and cleaning tank inner surface of dangerous microorganisms. Proposed tank comprises body with inner volume formed by vertical rectangular panels Note here that said body has feed and drain branch pipes, inspection hatch, and instrumentation. Ceramic layer is applied on panel inner surface and reinforced by conductors. Note here that quartz coating is applied on panel surface incorporating UV-radiation elements to interact with electromagnetic field originating between conductor. Said conductors are connected to HF generator arranged outside the tank to generate UV radiation through tank inside by aforesaid quartz coating elements. In compliance with another version, feed and drain branch pipes are provided with UV filters.

EFFECT: decontamination of drinking water in long-term storage and cleaning tank inner surface of dangerous microorganisms.
