SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tank-type metal structures used for storing various liquids or bulk materials. A tank containing a vertically oriented cylindrical body includes wall, bottom and roof parts. The wall part is made of tiers of rectangular panels and is connected at the ends to the roof part, which also consists of panels, while the body is equipped with process pipes, an external staircase, and the panels of adjacent tiers of the wall part are interlocked with each other. The bottom part of the tank is a foundation made of concrete with a coating and a channel for embedded plates attached to it, connected to the wall panels of the first tier, and the panels of all tiers are covered with polymer material. In addition, all process pipes and the mounting hatch are covered on all sides with polymer material, and the sealing of the tank is provided at the time of its assembly with the use of sealing material, including for bolted connections.

EFFECT: increasing the simplicity and accuracy of assembly, ensuring tightness during assembly, as well as eliminating the effects of electrolytic corrosion.
