DEVICE FOR AUTOMATIC CLOSURE OF DOORS Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC E05F15/00

Abstract RU 2472908 C2

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device for automatic closure of a door fold connected to a floor as capable of rotation comprises an attached group (40), which is fixed to the floor; a reciprocally moved group (50), connected to the fixed group (40) as capable of reciprocal displacement perpendicularly to the floor without rotation relative to the fixed group (40), besides, the reciprocally moved group (50) comprises elastic facilities (11) and at least an element (9), acting as a cam following element and moved perpendicularly to the floor, at the same time the specified elastic facilities (11) are arranged between the cam following element (9) and a ring (12), which is fixed in an orthogonal direction relative to the floor; a rotary group (60), to which a door fold is fixed, comprising at least a cam element (6), relative to the element (9), acting as the cam following element; besides, the rotary group (60) is connected with the reciprocally moved group (50) so that the cam element (6) rests against the cam following element (9), and in case of rotation of the rotary group (60) in the specified direction the cam element (6) causes movement perpendicular to the floor, of the cam following element (9), and compression of elastic facilities (11). Expansion of elastic facilities (11) causes rotation of the rotary group (60) in the reverse direction, and also rotation of the door fold attached to the rotary group, in the reverse direction. The rotary group (60) comprises the first chamber (72), arranged between the element (9), acting as the cam following element and the ring (12), in which there are elastic facilities (11) and a fluid medium; the second chamber (19), in which there is a fluid medium; a piston (14), comprising at least a tube (18, 20), through which the fluid medium may flow between the first chamber (72) and the second chamber (19); besides, in case of rotation of the rotary group (60) in the specified direction the volume of the first chamber (72) reduces; elastic facilities are compressed, and at least a part of the fluid medium passes from the first chamber (72) into the second chamber (19); and in case of rotation of the rotary group (60) in the opposite direction the volume of the first chamber (72) increases; elastic facilities expand and a part of the fluid medium passes from the second chamber (19) into the first chamber (72), at the same time the second chamber (19) is arranged above the piston (14).

EFFECT: development of such a device, which may be installed on doors with minimum dimensions both outside and in grooves, by attachment of its support plate to a floor by simple screwing using available fastening facilities.
