FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises fitting hollow core with outer radius R1 and lengthwise grooves with radius r1 and bent ribs made separate from said core, into tubular billet with subsequent fixation of core and orientation of tubular billet relative to said core so that their lengthwise grooves are relatively shifted through preset angle α. It comprises also fitting said bent ribs in appropriate grooves of billet and core, turning tubular billet through said angle, locking the billet relative to core, and unlocking initial fixation of the latter. Lengthwise V-slot is premade in central zone of every bent rib with definite angle of slot opening β to be defined by mathematical expression.
EFFECT: power savings in assembly.
