FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method and electronic device for implementing thereof use an graphic image (GI) of a respiratory simulator (RS) consisting of static and dynamic three-dimensional objects wherein the dynamic object (DO) reciprocates towards the user at the phase of inhalation and from the user at the phase of exhalation for conscious synchronisation of self-respiration and voice vocalisation of the exercises with the respiratory phases of the RS and attention concentrating at this process. Text messages, syllable groups are displayed on a monitor to prompt the required actions of proper respiratory, voice and articulation apparatuses. The moments of the beginning and the termination of the respiratory phase are determined in accordance with maximum and minimum sizes of the object and depending on a degree of illumination. The device comprises a data base for the voice respiratory exercises parameters, the acoustic feedback units and the others (sound frequency shift, noise masking, sound delay, voice activity detector and pause noise masking, display, microphone, headphones) controllers, central processor. Depending on user's capabilities, lengths of inhalation, exhalation, inhalation and exhalation pause phases, number of repetitions, name of the three-dimensional GI, number of DO rotations, respiratory phases with the use of display lighting with lighting variation of the three-dimensional object. The voice introduced through the microphone is listened in real-time to form correct habits of syllable group vocalisation, intonations and voice pitch variation, intensified relaxation of the respiratory muscles and improved attention concentration, sound resonation with the use of appropriate acoustic feedback units thereby masking the respiratory phases by means of low-amplitude white noise and Brownian noise in exercise vocalisation.
EFFECT: higher information value of the GI of the RS with conscious synchronisation of self-respiration and voice vocalisation with RS respiratory phases, higher attention concentrating, faster formation of correct habits of voice vocalisation of the exercises with individual self-control and vocalisation technique correction.
