FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to rehabilitation medicine, and may be used for health improvement, as well as to methods for training vocal technique. Expiratory melodic lines of various lengths are sung with tensed muscles and sphincters of lower body and legs, soft palate, pharynx and tongue. The singing is continued by inspiratory sudden relaxation of muscles and sphincters of the lower body and legs. The first stage involves singing a melodic line having a stable foot with a relaxed chest and active abdominal respiration. That involves gradual tension of the muscles and sphincters of the lower body, and after the expiratory melodic line has been finished, all the muscles shall be relaxed, and a passive nasal breath shall be taken. At the second stage, the exercises are made with the neck relaxed. At the third stage, the singing is accompanied by directing the expiratory air current to a hard palate to an attachment of cutters, and when vocalising the upper resonators, a lower jaw shall be fixed as much as possible with an upper jaw being movable. The pharynx is found in an upper position; when vocalising the lower resonators, the pharynx moves down with the lower jaw moveable, and a chin dipped to the chest. Each stage involves 3-4 trainings.
EFFECT: method enables preventing and treating the vegetosomatic dysfunctions, activating the functions of the muscular system and sphincters, relieving the psychoemotional stress, and improving the vocal characteristics.
