SUBSTANCE: method to implement MSC pool includes the following: connection to controllers of basis stations (BSC/radio network controller (RNC) by means of a media-gateway (MGW) with the help of a common alarm point; and, having received a message from BSC/RNC, for which the alarm point - the recipient is a common alarm point, detection, by means of MGW, of a server of message MSC-recipient according to the identification information transferred in the message, and sending the received message to the server of MSC-recipient.
EFFECT: higher flexibility of the network circuit for mobile communication systems and distribution of subscribers' traffic load, reduced complexity of network plan and investment costs for network devices.
