FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and to fodder production. Salt and/or sugar is/are dissolved in water. The produced mixture is structured by means of, for example, the Koltsov human functional state corrector by way of the mixture placement onto the device. The structurisation period is indicated in the instructions for the device usage. Water is evaporated from the mixture in an artificial or natural way to produce structured salt and/or sugar. The salt and/or sugar is/are added into the product composition.
EFFECT: invention ensures simultaneous simplification of larger product volumes structurisation.
