FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for usage as plants growth biostimulator and fertiliser, as a fodder additive intended for consumption by animals as well as a food additive intended for consumption by people. The silicon-containing additive includes a vegetal raw material and an additional component which are subjected to mechanochemical activation. The additive contains rice husk as a vegetal raw material and includes an additional component chosen from the following group: soluble sugar and/or baking soda and/or catechin-type chelating substance in an amount up to 40 wt %.
EFFECT: invention ensures manufacture of environmentally safe products non-contaminated with toxins.
