FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of invention is referred to feeding stuff production. The formulation of the feeding meal made of rice husks and green tea is as follows, wt %: chelating agents source - 5-20, hydrolysing agent - 0.5-5, air-dry rice husks with water content up to 17 wt % - balance. Content of green tea in the feeding meal is preferably 5-10 wt %. The feeding meal is produced by way of mechanochemical treatment of a mixture of the chelating agents, the hydrolysing agent and air-dry rice husks with water content up to 17 wt % taken at a ratio of (75-100):(5-20):(0.5-5), accordingly in a activator crusher ensuring grinding bodies acceleration equal to 80-250 m/s2, time of maintenance within the treatment zone being 0.5-2.5 min. The activator crusher may be represented by flow ball vibro-centrifugal, ellipse, centrifugal or centrifugal roll crushers.
EFFECT: feeding meal produced by this method possesses antioxidant activity effective against oxidation stress and is noted for increased content and improved bioavailability of water-soluble silicon dioxide present in rice husks which renders the fodder balanced in terms of silicon content.
