SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for the preparation of feed additives for agricultural animals and poultry, as well as for the preparation of food additives used by humans. Method of obtaining a composite additive for the correction of feed and food ration involves mixing plant materials and components in the mill in the form of soda and citric acid. As a plant raw material, a plant base of up to 80 % is used as part of an additive, including mannan-oligosaccharides (MOS) and B-glucans, obtained from the cell wall of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae culture in combination with trace elements and vitamins of vegetable raw materials in a bioavailable form, and green tea as an antioxidant up to 10 %, as well as citric acid up to 3 %, caustic soda up to 7 %. Mixing and grinding of vegetable raw materials and components produced in flow-through mode without exposure in the mixing zone of the mill is carried out. For the correction of the feed ration, a pellet from the production of beer, a mixture of barley husks, buckwheat and rice in equal proportions, dry yeast and a cellulolytic enzyme preparation with an activity of 2,000 are used as a plant base. Components are taken in the specified ratio. For the correction of the diet ration, a grains of beer production with 15 % humidity, germ films and rice husks, germ films and buckwheat husks, germ films and barley husks are used. EFFECT: use of the invention allows to obtain an additive intended for use as a catalyst for the assimilation of nutrients, as well as an adaptogen, which allows to reduce food stress.
