SUBSTANCE: method of automated restoration of operability of complex technical systems (CTS) under the conditions of limited supply of spare parts and accessories at the assembly points for damaged vehicles, the replaceable elements suspected of failure that have arrived at the mobile repair and diagnostic complex are sorted into repairable and non-repairable. Non-repairable replaceable elements are placed in a separate technological container for transfer to a stationary repair center or for disposal. A non-repairable component of a complex technical system is delivered to a mobile robotic repair and diagnostic complex, where the unit is diagnosed in an automated mode, the possibility of its repair or manufacturing is determined using a powder laser cladding installation or a 3D printer, until the malfunction is completely eliminated at the location of the complex technical systems as part of a mobile repair and diagnostic complex at the assembly point for damaged vehicles.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of restoration of the technical system.
