FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: line of recycling manure with obtaining biogas and fertilisers consists of hydraulically connected manure-collector, the first anaerobic bioreactor with a heat exchanger-condenser of the heat pump, a second anaerobic bioreactor with a heat exchanger, a settler-storage of fertilisers with a heat exchanger-evaporator of the heat pump. The heat exchanger-condenser and the heat exchanger-evaporator are connected to each other through the compressor with a gas motor drive on biogas with the formation of thermodynamic circuit of heat pump. The heat exchanger-condenser of the heat pump is made in the form of a vertical tube with hollow walls and is placed coaxially inside the first anaerobic bioreactor. The heat-exchanger-evaporator of the heat pump is in made the form of an immersed coil and is placed in the lower part of the settler-storage of fertilisers. In the heat exchanger of the second anaerobic bioreactor the heat energy of the coolant and exhaust gases of gas-motor compressor drive of the heat pump is used. In the manure-collector there is an additional heat exchanger-condenser of the heat pump. In the upper part of the settler-storage there is an additional heat exchanger-evaporator of the heat pump, made in the form of a vertical pipe with hollow walls. The heat exchanger of the second bioreactor is made similar to the heat exchanger-condenser and is connected with the gas-motor compressor drive of the heat pump by the circulation line of the coolant with a three way control valve, the heat-receiving element of which is placed in the working space of the second bioreactor.
EFFECT: increase in stability of the process of anaerobic recycling of manure in off-design operating modes, while maintaining high indices of output and composition of commodity biogas and the effluent quality.
