FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: what is disclosed is a method for differentiation of human embryo stem cells as single cells into the cells expressing markers which are characteristic for the line of pancreatic endoderm. The method provides: embryo stem cell cultures in the form of clusters and embryo stem cell releases in the form of single cells. They are followed by inoculation of the single embryo stem cells on a culture tissue substrate and differentiation of the single embryo stem cells. There are also described a method for maintaining the embryo stem cells, and a method for passing the embryo stem cells.

EFFECT: group of inventions enables the improved methods of differentiation, maintaining and culture of the embryo stem cells.
