SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cellular biology, namely to production of cells expressing insulin and inducing insulin expression in pancreatic endoderm cells. Method includes differentiating pluripotent stem cells selected from the group consisting of cell lines H1, H7, SA002, inducible pluripotent cells and reprogrammed pluripotent stem cells, in the cells of the definitive endoderm, the differentiation of the cells of the definitive endoderm into the cells of the primary intestinal tube, differentiation of the cells of the primary intestinal tube into the cells of the anterior colon, differentiation of the cells of the anterior colon into the progenitor cells of pancreatic cells, differentiation of pancreatic cell progenitor cells into pancreatic endoderm cells and cultivation of pancreatic endoderm cells with an Ephrine ligand.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase efficiency and direction of differentiation.
