FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: method for ventilation and heating of a non-residential facility is improved by means of supply of air flows into the facility from atmosphere and their discharge into atmosphere from the facility, extraction of some smoke from gas ducts upstream stacks of gas boilers, supply of smoke into a flue arranged in the floor, heating of the facility with heat of smoke into atmosphere, besides, smoke and air from the facility are discharged jointly via a common flue, and also by means of control of facility temperature according to smoke parameters. When implementing the method, some air flows prior to discharge into atmosphere are sent into the flue arranged in the floor, temperature in the facility is controlled by smoke flow, and checking adjustment is realised by air flow from the facility mixed to smoke via the flue arranged in the floor.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of facility temperature control with reduction of heating costs.
