SUBSTANCE: invention relates to energy saving and can be used for heating and ventilation of residential premises, premises with temporary stay of people and non-residential premises. Essence of the proposed invention consists in the fact that the room heating and ventilation system comprises a collector system laid in the structure of the floor of the room, combined with it at least one flue duct, air duct laid in collector system plane with installed in it at least one axial channel fan and check valve, smoke exhauster located in flue, gates installed in separate sections of chimney and in each air duct, holes for intake and discharge of air, as well as automation system with controller.

EFFECT: object of the invention is to optimize the process of heating and ventilation of rooms using flue gases of a nearby boiler house by creating a gas mode of the room that satisfies the conditions of human being in it.
