SUBSTANCE: invention relates to energy saving discipline and can be used for heating and ventilation of residential premises, premises with temporary stay of people and non-residential premises. Room heating and ventilation system comprises collector system, laid in floor structure of room, combined with it at least one flue, ducted to cavity of manifold system air duct, with installed in it at least one axial channel fan, smoke exhauster located in flue, gates installed in separate sections of chimney and in each air duct, air intake holes, as well as an automation system with a controller and a condensate discharge system.

EFFECT: creation of a room heating and ventilation system using the heat of flue gases of a nearby boiler house, which satisfies conditions of inadmissibility of communicating the internal volume of the room with the chimney volume and reliable protection from the condensate formed in the cavity of the collector system.
