FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: for the purpose of assessing the functional state of human greater, pulmonary and coronary blood circulation during physical activity, individual's sex, age, body weight, height are taken into account; blood pressure is measured before and after physical activity; the haemoglobin concentration is measured before and immediately after physical activity; electrocardiogram is continuously registered before and during activity to determine heart rate before and for every minute of activity, body oxygen consumption is measured every minute of activity; graduated physical activity on a bicycle ergometer is pre-set. Then, specific formulas are used to calculate individual's heart weight and body surface, the haemoglobin concentration variations, systolic discharge, arterial blood oxygen saturation variation for every minute of the load; a linear dependence of heart rate on oxygen consumption is graphed for every minute of the load; average mixed venous blood saturation, systolic, diastolic and mean pressure in a pulmonary artery, blood oxygen saturation on a venous end of a capillary within the greater blood circulation, blood saturation in the coronary sinus of heart, metabolic heart performance are calculated; metabolic heart performance, J is converted into heart oxygen consumption, ml/min; a relative value of oxygen consumption, % of total body oxygen consumption is derived; there are also calculated the current heart oxygen consumption for every minute of the load, a minute volume of the greater blood circulation during the load, a relative value of the coronary circulation, a coronary reserve; the heart oxygen consumption is converted per kg of the heart weight; the coronary circulation is converted per kg of the heart weight; the volumes of all the heart capillaries, specific myocardium oxygen consumption, a radius of tissue cylinder, density of myocardial capillaries, heart capillary blood flow, cardiac bypass blood flow, a capillary phase and a bypass flow, % and the minute greater blood circulation, as well as relative values, % of the minute greater blood circulation are calculated.
EFFECT: method enables assessing the functional state of blood circulation ensured by non-invasive assessment of cardiac activity, the main parameters of gas exchange and blood circulation at the level of human microcirculation for every minute during physical activities.
