FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: body weight and height of tested person is measured. Total consumption of oxygen by organism, concentration of hemoglobin in blood, saturation of arterial blood with oxygen are determined. Area of body surface is calculated. Echocardiography is performed. Value of heart stroke volume is calculated. ECG is registered, heart rate is measured. Minute volume of blood circulation is calculated. Value of coronary blood flow, consumption of oxygen by organism and heart, capillary blood flow in myocardium, saturation of blood with oxygen in coronary sinus are calculated by original mathematical formulas with application of mentioned above measured and calculated parameters.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to evaluate saturation of blood with oxygen in coronary sinus and connected with said value important functional characteristics of coronary blood circulation in patients in non-invasive way, in conditions of standard equipped laboratory of functional diagnostics.
