SUBSTANCE: display device has photodetectors placed in the display region, meant for outputting a light intensity signal, thin-film transistors with an n-type channel which are used as source repeaters with a gate, to which the signal is transmitted, wherein each of said transistors includes a drain to which a pulse signal is transmitted, whose level increases when transmitted to said gate, means of detecting light intensity by detecting output of the source repeater, and a capacitor with leads, the first of which is connected to said gate and a second pulse signal is transmitted to the second lead opposite the first lead, where the level of said second pulse signal increases until the level of the first pulse drops.
EFFECT: high accuracy of distinguishing between light and darkness during display.
