SUBSTANCE: method of communication between initiators and operators, wherein: a dedicated electronic mailbox is created in the mail system for each initiator for exchanging electronic mail messages between a given initiator and operators; a mail record is created for each dedicated electronic mailbox of the initiator in the mail system, which corresponds to the name of the initiator; a forwarding mail group is created for each dedicated electronic mailbox of the initiator in the mail system and readdressing of the electronic mail with the mail record to the corresponding forwarding mail group is set up in the mail system for each dedicated electronic mailbox of the initiator; records of individual electronic mailboxes of all operators servicing said initiator are included in the forwarding mail group for the dedicated electronic mailbox of the initiator.
EFFECT: high reliability of delivering electronic mail messages, faster message delivery, cutting time spent by operators on handling messages, reducing hardware resources for storing and managing said mail system.
