SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication systems for processing incoming and outgoing messages. Communication system comprises information messages transmitting devices, devices for receiving information messages using communication channels to telematic communication service providers, and server platform, which receives incoming information messages streams from information messages transmitting devices, divides received information messages into streams of outgoing information messages in accordance with filter by subscribers, successively sends via different communication channels same information messages or their reduced version with reference to full version on device to receive information messages prior to the reaction from the subscriber or completing the sequence of sending a message over all said communication channels and when one of the communication channels is unavailable or no response from the side of the subscriber, another available communication channel is used to transmit the information message.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of subscriber service quality.
