FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the algae preserves production technology. Recipe components are prepared. Bulb onions are cut, sauteed in vegetable oil and milled. Sunflower flour is poured with drinking water and maintained for swelling. One mixes the listed components with tomato paste, drinking water, sugar, salt, black hot pepper, allspice, cloves, coriander and laurel leaf. One cooks the mixture and adds acetic acid to produce a sauce. Laminaria, carrots and beets are cut and sauteed in vegetable oil. Then the components are mixed with the sauce. The produced mixture is packed into container, sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
