SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely physiotherapy, endocrinology. A patient in a semi-recumbent position is placed in UWA-EL KOMBI electrogalvanic bath 400 l with fresh water. Water temperature is 35-37°C. The patient is exposed to monophase current of intensity 300-700 mA, short-period modulated to a feeling of comfortable vibration. The exposure is enabled with the use of 3 pairs of electrodes which are provided on the bath within hips, ankles and feet. The pair of electrodes within hips is positively charged, while the 2 pairs of electrodes within ankles and feet are negatively charged. The exposure length is 10-12 minutes. The exposure is daily. The therapeutic course is 8-10 procedures.

EFFECT: method reduces pain syndrome, feelings of chillness and sleep in the lower extremities, eliminates cramps in leg, improves surface sensitivity, increases painless walking distance ensured by correction of macro- and microcirculation blood values in vessels of the lower extremities, prolongs a period of remission up to one year.
