FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, specifically to tubing lining of underground workings tunnels, and more specifically to a device for conjugating cast-iron tubing lining of tunnels of different outer diameter, and can be used in construction of underground structures of subways, railway and motor roads. Device for coupling two different in diameter linings of tunnels underground facilities of subway includes cast-iron lining 2 docked tunnels, assembled from a number of connected cast-iron tubing rings with sealing and fastening elements. It is equipped with a transition tubing ring in the form of a truncated cone, larger in diameter base of which is made in form of a cylindrical ring attached by means of bolt fasteners to the cast iron tubing ring of a larger diameter tunnel, and smaller in diameter base, also having the shape of ring, by means of bolt fasteners is connected to cast-iron lining of tunnel of smaller diameter of mating part of tunnel. Adapter ring is made of thin-wall cast iron segments, each of which consists of conical back, two radial boards with holes for assembly of segments in ring, two parallel boards with holes for bolts for assembly with rings of larger and smaller diameters and 3 triangular stiffening ribs, for connection of parallel boards to each other, at that one parallel board of transition ring segment is geometrically similar to shape of tubing ring board of larger diameter tunnel, and second parallel board of transition ring segment is similar to geometric shape of board of tubing ring of tunnel of smaller diameter.

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of convenience and accuracy of installation of transient tubing ring and equal strength of all tubing lining in horizontal tunnels, increased rigidity of joints of tubing in ring and increased bearing capacity and rigidity of underground structure as a whole.
