FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: rotor wind-powered engine comprises a rotary wind turbine installed inside a wind-guiding screen made of separate blades, rotating on their axes and aligned to wind turbine blades. Blades are equipped with levers, ends of which are combined with a common flexible traction rod. The wind-powered engine is equipped with a control rotary platform comprising a weather vane and a stabiliser with an inclined plane combined in one assembly and fixed on the platform axis as capable of rotation in the vertical plane, besides, the stabiliser via a thrust bearing is connected by an additional traction rod with the common traction rod of screen blades.
EFFECT: increased coefficient of wind energy usage and wind-powered engine efficiency, making it possible to use energy of low-potential wind to the maximum, and also energy of wind with unstable characteristics and direction.
