FIELD: energy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power engineering. Windmill with vertical rotation axis, wind-dynamic circuit and its weight-driven regulator coupled with polyspast-drawling device containing a rotary wind turbine with vertical rotation axis. Vertical axis of wind turbine is hollow and has a fastening flange on the lower end for stationary basing and semi-axle passes through it and having a splined lower end, while the top is secured to the housing of the hub to transmit rotation to energy converter. Wind-dynamic circuit is installed outside the wheel of the wind turbine and consists of parallel fixed circular discs, lower and upper, between which in thrust rigidly spaced vertically tubular or rod supports. Between the disks remotely and mirror-like are located jointed blades of circuit, having lifting force and facing by its sharp tips of the profile to the axis of the wind turbine, on the upper planes of stiffness ribs near the tips are installed actuating axises with bearing at the end, which are fitted in transverse ports suspended on horizontal pulleys with traction pin of moving circular disk, at circular movement of which blades of wind-dynamic circuit deviated in either side.
EFFECT: invention is for increasing speed of wind turbine.
