FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: slot antenna includes a cylindrical shell, an amplitude-phase divider and an exciter of crossed slot, which emits an elliptically polarised electromagnetic wave. Amplitude-phase divider and exciter of crossed slot are made in the form of a single-pass cylindrical spiral that is installed on the first end face of cylindrical conducting shell, in the second end face of which a crossed slot is cut; besides, spiral is fixed on dielectric annular cylinder; excitation of spiral is created through central conductor of coaxial feeder line, the external conductor of which is fixed on the first end face of cylindrical shell.

EFFECT: simplifying the design of phase and amplitude distribution device in order to obtain elliptically polarised electromagnetic wave.
