FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: three lunar satellites - retransmitters are at libration points of the Moon - Earth system, through which communication of a lunar base located on the reverse side of the Moon is performed to ground stations. Besides, the first satellite - retransmitter is located on the Earth - Moon conditional axis on opposite side from the Earth and is connected through a radio channel of VHF, Ka- and Ku-ranges to retransmitter station and remote stations. The second satellite - retransmitter is located at the orbit of the Moon, thus advancing the Moon in the movement direction by 60 degrees relative to the Earth - Moon conditional axis. The third satellite - retransmitter is located at the orbit of the Moon, thus lagging behind the Moon in the movement direction by 60 degrees relative to the Earth - Moon conditional axis. Communication to the Earth is performed by means of a radio communication system via the following channels: receiving-transmitting communication station of the Earth - the second satellite -retransmitter - the first satellite - retransmitter - retransmission station and receiving-transmitting communication station of the Earth - the third satellite - retransmitter - the first satellite - retransmitter - retransmission station, at the same time, the communication system implements communication to moving objects on the surface of the Moon.

EFFECT: creation of permanent radio communication of lunar base on the reverse side of the Moon.
